Verita is Hani and Lesley Alameddine, a husband-and-wife team based right here in Palm Beach County. Between us we've spent decades caring for other people's most valuable things while they were away, on private estates, in five-star hospitality, and aboard yachts around the world. We're travelers ourselves, so we know exactly what it feels like to lock the door, head to the airport, and hope someone reliable is keeping an eye on the place. Verita is the service we'd want watching our own home.
Seventeen years as a private estate manager and superyacht chief stewardess, caring for the homes of elite clients from Palm Beach and Naples to Santa Monica, Aspen, and Paris. Lesley keeps house systems, hurricane readiness, pools, security, and vendors in order, and makes sure a home is spotless and ready the moment the family returns. She earned the title of chief stewardess running the interior aboard 40-meter yachts across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the U.S., and Australia, leading crew and silver service for discerning guests. Detail is her craft, and discretion is a given.
More than twenty years in hospitality and client relations, from resort operations to leading teams of dozens, all built on anticipating what people need before they ask. Hani is also a licensed Florida real estate professional who knows this market and its communities inside out, and he's trilingual in English, French, and Arabic. When you call Verita, he's the one who answers, and the one who shows up.

Scheduled visits while you're away for the season. We run the full checklist, photograph anything worth seeing, and call you the moment something's off, before a slow leak turns into a mold problem in the Florida humidity.
Concierge & Tech Help
We get the house ready before you fly in. A/C on, fridge stocked, deliveries met. And we get your tech working, wifi back up, TV and sound connected, smart-home and streaming set up, so you land to a home that just works.
Storm & Vendor Coordination
Before a storm we secure the property. After one we inspect for damage and document it for your insurer. And when something needs a real repair or a wired install, from handyman work to security systems, we bring in trusted, licensed vendors and oversee the work start to finish.

One-time onboarding of $95 covers the first walkthrough, documentation, and key setup. Extra watch visits are $55 each. Concierge and errands are $65 per hour, billed in half-hour increments. Partial first and last months are prorated.
